Here’s another tip:
Create food safe areas – places in which you CAN and CANNOT eat. for exsample, Your bed should be an UNSAFE area, your dining room however should be safe, you should also do other things such as not sit in bed with your computer, make yourself get up and sit at a desk, or in a chair with it on your lap. the only time you should be in bed is to sleep. period.
